NIELS TOMEY
Managing Director
After working in various IT positions in the Netherlands for about 8 years, Niels moved to the Philippines in 2011 and joined iXSforall in 2014. Throughout the years Niels has worked in a number of different roles for iXSforall; first as the Technical Operations Manager, heading the Network Operations Center and overseeing the customer support functions. In 2016 his focus turned to the implementation of client-facing projects as Head of Special Projects, and in 2018 Niels was appointed as Senior Manager Technical Strategy and member of the management team. Finally, at the start of 2021, he was appointed as Managing Director.
KARLA DACANAY
SR. MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCE
Karla graduated from Saint Louis University, Baguio City with a degree in Business Administration. She has over eight years of professional experience in various industries such as Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality and Telecommunications. She spent her first 3 years of her career in an HR capacity before joining IXS in 2015. For four years, she held the position of Executive Assistant to Managing and Finance Directors. In addition she handled office management and administration, corporate compliance, employee engagement, and management liaison. In 2019 she was promoted to a management role as a Senior Manager, Administration and Training. In 2020 she was appointed as Senior Manager, Human Resources. In this role, Karla focuses on human capital development and plays a crucial role in corporate communications.
IRVIN UY
SALES AND SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
Irvin started his career in 2003 with TM marketing as a Sales executive. He was soon promoted to Sales Supervisor and spent over 10 years with the company. In 2013 he spent two years with BPO’s (outbound sales) year after. In 2015 he joined IXSforAll as an Account Manager and a little over a year later he was the first ever account Manager to achieve Millionaires Club status. In 2017 he was transferred to the Business Development department where he was tasked to develop new channels and opportunities for the Company. In 2018 Irvin was asked to head up the Provisioning Department and was soon promoted to Service Delivery Manager in 2019. In February 2020, Irvin was promoted to Manager of Sales & Service Delivery and has been instrumental in instilling the Managements’ Customer service philosophy in his teams.

CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Summary:
- Responsible for developing new accounts and building relationships with new clients to achieve sales target
- Maintaining relationships and managing requirements of existing customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course.
- With at least 2 years of solid work experience as account manager, key account manager, junior account manager.
- Proven experience in Telco sales or Network Administration (preferably)
- Skilled with using CRM software and MS Office
- Exhibits excellent communication and influence in all levels within and outside of the organization.
- With strong time-management skills to meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects at the same time while paying strict attention to details.
- Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on the needs of the customer.
